Khaddamaa.com operates under Discovery Fast HR Consultancy, a licensed manpower and recruitment agency in the UAE. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Khaddamaa.com and the client ("Client", "You", "Your") who engages in the services provided by the Company. By accessing or using Khaddamaa.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

• "Services" refer to the professional home services provided by Khaddamaa.com, which includes maid services, cook services, babysitting, elder care, patient care, nursing services, and any other related services offered by Khaddamaa.com.
• "Client" refers to the individual or entity using the services provided by Khaddamaa.com.
• "Provider" refers to the professionals hired by Khaddamaa.com, including maids, cooks, nannies, patient caregivers, and others engaged in service delivery.

2. Service Agreement

• By accepting the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, the Client agrees to avail the Services provided by Khaddamaa.com in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
• Services will be made available within the geographical regions of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, in line with the availability of Providers and the Clients specific service requirements.

3. Service Fees and Payment Terms

• The Client agrees to pay for the Services rendered by Khaddamaa.com. The service fees are outlined at the time of booking, and the Client is required to make full payment or deposit as agreed.
• Payments can be made via online payment platforms, bank transfers, or cash payments as specified by Khaddamaa.com. All fees are subject to applicable VAT or taxes under the laws.
• Service fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

4. Client Responsibilities

• The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding their requirements. This includes specifying the exact nature of the service required and ensuring that the Provider has all necessary resources to perform the tasks as requested.
• The Client agrees to cooperate with Khaddamaa.com and the Providers in the course of providing services, ensuring that the environment is safe and conducive for the Providers to carry out their duties.
• The Client agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Dubai and Abu Dhabi while receiving services from Khaddamaa.com.

5. Providers Responsibility

• Providers will perform the Services in a professional and competent manner. They will adhere to the specifications outlined by Khaddamaa.com and the Client.
• Khaddamaa.com will take reasonable steps to ensure Providers meet high standards of reliability and professionalism, including basic background checks and training.
• Providers will conduct themselves in a manner that ensures the safety, security, and well-being of the Clients household.

6. Service Delivery

• Khaddamaa.com strives to ensure the highest standard of service. If the Client is dissatisfied with the quality of the service rendered, the Client must notify Khaddamaa.com within 24 hours, and the Company will make reasonable efforts to rectify the issue.
• Khaddamaa.com reserves the right to substitute Providers with others of equal skill and experience, should the need arise.

7. Liability and Indemnity

• Khaddamaa.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services. Our liability for any claims related to the service shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Client for that specific service.
• The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Khaddamaa.com, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the Client's use of the services.

8. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep all information, including Clients personal details, payment information, and service specifications, confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party unless required by law.
• The Client agrees not to share confidential information related to the services with any unauthorized third parties.

9. Service Termination and Suspension

• The Client may terminate the service agreement by providing a written notice to Khaddamaa.com. Any services rendered up until the point of termination will still be payable.
• Khaddamaa.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service if the Client violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or illegal activity.

10. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE, and the relevant federal laws of the UAE.
• Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled through amicable negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules.

11. Force Majeure

• Khaddamaa.com shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics.

12. Modification of Terms

• Khaddamaa.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Client will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the services will be considered as acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Miscellaneous

• This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and Khaddamaa.com and supersedes all prior communications or agreements regarding the subject matter.
• If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
